Kyiv: Activists who took to the streets of American Minneapolis after the death of African-American George Floyd burned a police station, states Fox News.

Police officers managed to be evacuated from the roof by helicopter, none of them were injured.

"Participants in the riots on Friday night first surrounded the police station, and after the police gathered on the roof tried to scatter the crowd with stun grenades and tear gas, burst into the building and set it on fire" the report said.

US police tried to detain the African American George Floyd, knocking him to the ground. Later, one of the police officers threw his knee around Floyd's neck. In a video published on social networks, you can hear the detainee repeating several times that he cannot breathe, after which he loses consciousness. As a result, Floyd was hospitalized, but he died in intensive care.
