  • Poland announces intention to cancel the mask regime in the coming days

Kyiv: Polish Minister of Health Łukasz Szumowski said that in the coming days the country could cancel the mask regime introduced in connection with the Coronavirus pandemic, reports Onet.

At the same time, Szumowski emphasized that the mask regime would be left in those voivodes where “the virus reproduction rate is 1 or more than 1”.

According to measures to counteract Coronavirus infection, a mandatory mask regimen has been in force in Poland since April 16. As the authorities have repeatedly stated, such measures will help reduce the risk of the spread of the virus to asymptomatic patients.
