Kiev: On October 20, the government legalized a resolution introduced by the Ministry of Social Policy, which simplifies the conditions for granting subsidies to certain categories of the population. This was announced on Facebook by the Minister of Social Policy Julia Sokolovskaya.
"On the eve of the new heating season, we are facilitating the conditions for obtaining subsidies to those categories of the population that previously had problems with this," the minister wrote.
Namely, it will become easier to get a subsidy for family-type orphanages (SFTO), military personnel, citizens over 60 years of age, married and living in rural areas, but registered at different addresses.
The adopted resolution gives the right to the commissions of local authorities to assign a subsidy to subsidy for family-type orphanages for overtime housing area. In addition, material assistance and scholarships for orphans and children deprived of parental care, as well as vehicles purchased by them, will not be included in subsidy for family-type orphanages income.
For pensioners in rural areas, when assigning a housing subsidy, the income of one of the spouses of retirement age who is registered at a different address will not be taken into account.
For military personnel, the subsidy will be assigned without receiving information on the payment of a single social contribution.
