Kiev: The “Supreme Court” controlled by Russia in the annexed Crimea left the detainees of the “Hizb ut-Tahrir case” Enver Omerov, Riza Omerov and Ayder Dzhepparov in custody.
This was stated by the lawyer of Riza Omerov Alexander Stasyuk, according to Krim.RealiiS.
According to him, those arrested will remain in jail until November 5.
The lawyer said that from the day of detention, on June 10, no procedural actions were taken with his clients aimed at proving their involvement in the commission of the crime. The Russian investigation does not comment on this information.
The remaining five people who were detained in Crimea on June 10 remain in jail.
Earlier it was reported that the members of the second Bakhchisaray group in the so-called “Hizb ut-Tahrir case”, the servers of Zekeryaev and Memet Belyalov, were transferred to remand prison No. 1 of Rostov-on-Don.
