Kiev: The German Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that there were no cases of issuing visas to residents of the occupied territory who received Russian passports.

Details: At the request of the publication, the department replied that they did not know about such cases.
They also added to the Foreign Affair's Ministry that the residents of the Separate areas of Donetsk and Lugansk regions can apply for Ukrainian passports and enter Germany without a visa.
The official position of Berlin corresponds to the statement adopted at the Ukraine-EU summit on June 10 this year. It refers to the readiness of the European Union to consider the possibility of non-recognition of Russian passports, which were issued in violation of the Minsk agreements.
