Kyiv: A collection of poems by the Ukrainian poet Serhiy Zhadan “What we live for, what we die for” was on the list recommended by The New York Times. The writer himself wrote about this on his page.
“The New York Times Book Review has added our collection to the list of recommended books of this year. “What we live for, what we die for,” a book of selected poems in the translation of Virlyana Tkach and Wanda Phipps is published in Yale University Press,” Zhadan said.
Serhiy Zhadan also said that the presentation of this collection will be held in Boston and New York from April 9 to 14.
We recall that the Georgian poet and public figure Rezo Amashukeli ironically speaks of the draft law on sexual harassment discussed in Georgia.
