Kyiv: On Wednesday, February 13, in the capital of Argentina, Buenos Aires, there is a thousand-strong protest march against tariff increases.
The city center was paralyzed, according to Nacion.
The protesters gathered in different parts of the capital and then moved to the center, where they held a rally. The main demand of the protesters is a salary increase amidst rising tariffs.
As a result of the movement, the demonstrators' columns blocked the movement along a number of key highways of Buenos Aires.
The organizers of the marches were the social movements of Argentina.
Argentina is experiencing a financial and economic crisis. Annual inflation was 47.6%, one of the largest indicators in the region.
