Kyiv: More than 400 flights canceled in Belgium in connection with the national strike on February 13. It was convened by three trade unions calling for wage increases.

“The airspace was shut at 22:00 local time on Tuesday, flights will be stopped within 24 hours. Prohibited flights of aircraft flying at an altitude of less than 8000 m above sea level. Flying government, military aircraft, as well as flights of emergency services are allowed," said in a statement.
Passengers are urged not to go to the Brussels airport, through which there are about 650 flights daily.
“All passenger and cargo flights that were made to and from Brussels airport will be canceled during this period of time ... Although the terminal remains open, we ask our passengers not to arrive at the airport on Wednesday,” said the Brussels airport.
In Brussels, where NATO headquarters are located, this day a meeting of the Alliance Defense Ministers will be held.
