Kyiv: The Center for Seismological Services at the Tehran Institute of Geophysics reported that an earthquake of 5.2 magnitude occurred on the Iranian island of Keshmi in the Persian Gulf.

“The earthquake center lies at a depth of 10 km. Tremors were recorded at 14:24 local time," said in a statement.
