London: British MPs initiate a vote on the country's withdrawal from the European Union until the end of February.
It is reported by The Sunday Times.
The opposition Labour Party hopes to prevent the country's withdrawal from the EU without an agreement by submitting an appropriate amendment to Parliament, which will force May to vote by February 26, rather than after the EU summit on March 21, as previously planned.
The purpose of the amendment is also to prevent the situation when the deputies will have to make a choice: either to vote for the previous version of the agreement, or to leave the European Union without it.
We recall the UK deadline for withdrawal from the European Union is scheduled for March 29.
