Kyiv: US President Donald Trump stated that he considers possible US military intervention in Venezuela affected by the crisis.
"Well, I would not want to say that," he said in response to a question about the possible use of military force in Venezuela, adding that this option is "possible". Trump also said that Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro had asked him to meet “a few months ago,” and Trump rejected it.
“I decided at the time, 'no' because so many really horrible things have been happening in Venezuela,” he said.
We recall that several countries led by the United States recognized the interim president of the country, Juan Guaido.
