Kyiv: The right-wing National Unity party held a congress in Paris, where it announced the launch of the campaign for elections to the European Parliament.
It is reported by the International French Radio.
“Marine Le Pen's party supporters gathered in the Paris Mutualite Hall, where in July 2016, French Economy Minister Emmanuel Macron addressed his supporters 'to write a new page in the history of France',” the message said.
The congress was presented 12 people as candidates.
The list is headed by 23-year-old Jordan Bardella, leader of the party branch in the Ile-de-France metropolitan area. The coordinator of the visits of French politicians to Russia and the Crimea, the co-chairman of the association Franco-Russian Dialogue Thierry Mariani takes the third position in the list.
