Kyiv: Chairman of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Gennady Moskal about the current state of the Hungarian-Ukrainian relations, called what influences the development of the conflict and told who can solve the problem between Hungary and Ukraine.
According to him, there is no conflict between Ukrainians and Hungarians, and only the Ukrainian parliament can solve the inter-ethnic problem. He told this to Front News International.
“This problem cannot be solved at the regional level. This should be decided by the parliament. There is no conflict between Ukrainians and representatives of other nationalities. Teachers need to make a transitional period for Hungarian schools in Ukraine. However, there is a problem with the fact that there are not enough teachers of the Ukrainian language,” said Moskal.
