It is noted that at present, residents of coastal areas have been evacuated to places that are above sea level than the affected territories.
Representatives of the local administration noted that the majority of those who died came to Indonesia on vacation.
"Rescuers and volunteers plan to survey at least 100 kilometers of the coast in search of victims," added the district military commander Dudi Driviadi.
