Kyiv: For three days in the capital of Ingushetia, Magas, continue protests against the revision of the administrative border of the republic with Chechnya.
It is noted that on the night of October 5 to 6 from 400 to 1000 people stayed overnight in the central square of the city, where the meeting takes place.
Today, October 6, the mass protest continues, but now the protesters demanded the resignation of the head of the republic Yunus-Bek Yevkurov.
According to the pro-government publication Angusht, now there are about 500 people in the central square, but the activists say that there are tens of thousands of them.
It is added that the protesters, as well as representatives of the authorities and clergymen, agreed that they would not use force against the participants of the action, but now the equipment and the security forces are arriving at the place of the action.
As previously reported, at the meeting in the capital of Ingushetia, the police opened fire with machine guns.
