KYIV (FNI) - The Supreme Court of Malaysia denied the defendants' protection of the murder of the leader of the DPRK Kim Jong-un's brother Kim Jong-Nam.

This is reported by DW.

"After a summer break, the Malaysian Supreme Court ruled to continue the investigation of the case of 26-year-old Indonesian citizen City AICI and 29-year-old Vietnamese Doan Thi Huong who are suspected of killing elder brother of Kim Jong-un, Kim Jong Nama," DW reports.

The judge also said that the prosecutor's office had been provided with sufficient evidence of the guilt of the suspects, but the lawyers of the defendants argue that their clients did not know that the liquid that they had injected into Nam's face during the TV show was poisonous.

Recall that recently as a result of mass poisoning of food contaminated with chemicals in the Peruvian Andes, more than 9 people died, at least 55 in serious condition. Among the victims are a pregnant woman and a 2-year-old child.
