MOSCOW (FNI) - The Investigative Committee of Russia said that the former Minister of Defense of Ukraine Anatoliy Hrytsenko called for the destruction of trains in Russia.
Such a conclusion was made in the UK of Russia after portraits and linguistic examinations in the framework of the criminal case under investigation about "public calls of Gritsenko to carry out terrorist activities on the territory of Moscow and Taganrog on the television channel " 112 Ukraine "on July 2, 2017".
"According to the results of investigative actions, portraits and linguistic examinations, it was established that Gritsenko was involved in the commission of a similar crime on July 16, 2014. According to the investigation, on the indicated day, during a live broadcast of the online conference of the TV studio "Studio 1 + 1" Gritsenko made a public appeal to carry out terrorist activities in the territory of the Russian Federation by undermining railway trains, "the press service of the Investigative Committee reported.
In Russia, this fact in relation to Hrytsenko instituted criminal proceedings under part 2 of Art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code (public calls for terrorist activities).
In the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation noted that at present criminal cases involving the commission of Anatoliy Hrytsenko two crimes are connected in one proceeding, he is indicted in absentia.
In Russia, against Hrytsenko for a similar article brought a criminal case back in 2017. Then the Investigative Committee alleged that Hrytsenkoon July 2, 2017 on the air of the TV channel "112 Ukraine" publicly called for undermining cars in Russian cities in Moscow and Taganrog.
