Kyiv: People's deputy from Samopomich party Yegor Sobolev commented on Saakashvili's return to Ukraine.

"Now three of our colleagues, deputies from "Samopomich" Shepherd, Semenukha and Podolyak are already watching the work of the checkpoint "Krakovets". We asked the border guards not to keep people, they did not create a queue because in the morning people complained that they could not go to Poland. This is a bit strange, because if some checks can be strengthened, then on the idea from the side where Saakashvili is coming from. But often people are taken hostage to try to anger them, to outrage. Although we see that people understand everything, they themselves support, even those who stand in line to travel to the European Union. We hope that everything will be calm," he said.

Sobolev stressed the importance of compliance with the laws of Ukraine.

"I think they will try to prevent it (Saakashvili-FNI). They are trying to show to all people that he is not a Ukrainian, a stranger who is trying to break through to our land by force. Therefore, it is very important that we demand the implementation of Ukrainian laws, the border guards themselves did this and forced it to do so," said Yegor Sobolev.

Today, the ex-head of Odessa Regional State Administration Mikheil Saakashvili said that to reduce the risk of provocation at the border is going to enter Ukraine by train "Intercity".

In turn, the management of "Ukrzaliznytsya" gave the command of the Przemysl-Kyiv train administration not to allow the train to move until the ex-president of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili emerged from it.

At the same time, the Polish government allowed the train, which houses Mikhail Saakashvili, to go to Ukraine.

The train has not been touching for more than 2 hours due to the fact that Saakashvili is in it, who was recently deprived of his citizenship by presidential decree in connection with the criminal proceedings instituted against the former Georgian president by the Georgian procuracy.

As a lawyer, human rights activist Eduard Bagirov said in a comment to Front News International, "Ukrzaliznytsya" has no right to detain a train in Przemysl, as it is an abuse of office and failure to fulfill one's duties.
