Moscow: Additional sanctions against North Korea after the next launch of missiles will not work, because the sanction resource has already been exhausted. This was stated by Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.

"Judging by how colleges from the US and other countries acted in similar situations, the US allies - of course, we can expect new steps in the direction of strengthening the sanctions regime. But this will not solve the problems. It is already obvious to everyone that the resource of sanctions pressure on the DPRK has been exhausted, "Ryabkov said.

Tonight, August 29, North Korea carried out another missile launch, which flew over Japan and fell into the water.

Last time, North Korea launched rockets on August 26. Then, North Korea conducted three launches of military missiles. One of them exploded during takeoff, and two others fell into the Sea of Japan.

The missile test of North Korea is a response to the joint military exercises of the United States and South Korea, which occur from 21 to 31 August. The exercises involved 17,500 US troops. Participation in maneuvers is also accepted by the military of Australia, Canada, Colombia, Denmark, New Zealand, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

The North Korean authorities, in response to the start of the exercise, threatened South Korea with "the most severe punishment in history," stating that "South Korea must choose between two things: a nuclear war to be unleashed by a strengthened union of South Korea and the United States, or a world that must be achieved in the anti-American struggle."
