 The Secretary of the National Security Council noted that Ukraine was aware of the occupation of the Kakhovskaya HPP by mines as early as last fall.

So we have nothing to do with this (undermining of the hydroelectric power station - ed.) , so that they don't tell in the Kremlin," Danilov concluded.
