After the occupiers blew up the Kakhovskaya HPP in the Kherson region, an evacuation was announced.

 

 The Russian occupiers shelled Kherson during the evacuation of civilians who were leaving the region due to the invaders' detonation of the Kakhovskaya HPP. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported this on Telegram on June 6.

 

 "While we are trying to save, the Russians continue to shell Kherson," the ministry said.

 

 As a result of the shelling, two Kherson policemen received shrapnel wounds.

 

 "Evacuation has been announced, people are being taken out. And the Russians are covering with artillery. Russia is a terrorist country. Without a doubt!" - emphasized the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

 

 "Ukrzaliznytsia" announced the dispatch of a free evacuation train from Kherson after the explosion of Kakhovskaya HPP. Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of Kherson OV, noted that the train will go to Mykolaiv.

 

 

 

 We will remind that on the morning of June 6, the operational command "South" reported about the Russians blowing up the Kakhovskaya HPP. The scale of the destruction is being clarified.

The water level in the Kakhovsky Reservoir is falling by almost 15 cm/hour, said Serhiy Lysak, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk OV.

 

 As a result of the detonation of the engine room from the inside, the Kakhovskaya HPP was completely destroyed, the station cannot be restored, the press service of "Ukrhydroenergo" stated.

 

 According to OVA, about 16,000 people were in the critical zone on the right bank of the Kherson region.
