The highest anti-corruption court decided to confiscate the Ukrainian assets of Russian oligarch Arkady Rotenberg, including the Ocean Plaza shopping center. This is reported by VAX.

 

 It is reported that by the court's decision, the assets, in respect of which the defendants exercised rights, which are identical to the right to dispose of them, were charged to the state income, namely:

 

 a share in the amount of 100% of the authorized capital of the Limited Liability Company "Avangard-Vilarti" (EDRPOU code 33059433), the right to which is registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations under the companies "OceanDiaPLTD" ("Ocean Plaza Project (Cyprus) Limited") and "Ethoder Investments Limited" ("Ethoder Investments Limited");

 

 a share in the amount of 66.65% of the authorized capital of the Limited Liability Company "Investment Union "Lybid" (EDRPOU code 34693827), the right to which is registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations under the Limited Liability Company - Vilarti ".

 

 The head of the "Servant of the People" faction, David Arakhamia, noted that VACS "decided to confiscate the Ukrainian assets of Arkady Rotenberg, including the Ocean Plaza shopping center."

 

 "The property of a close friend of Putin will become the property of the state and will be transferred to the management of the State Property Fund. We warned that Russian oligarchs will pay for crimes against Ukraine," Arakhamia wrote in Telegram.

 

 The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court to recover the assets of Russian oligarchs Igor and Arkady Rotenberg and their partners from the state income.

 

 The seized corporate rights of companies worth more than UAH 350 million were handed over to ARMA, including one of the largest shopping and entertainment centers in Kyiv - Ocean Plaza.
