Ukraine is grateful to Britain for starting the training of Ukrainian crews on Challenger 2 tanks.

 This was stated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi.

 The head of state said that together with British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, he discussed the further expansion of the capabilities of the Ukrainian army and the all-round support of Ukraine in the short and long term.

 "He emphasized separately: representatives of the aggressor have no place at the 2024 Olympic Games," the message reads.

 Zelenskyі thanked the Prime Minister for starting the training of Ukrainian crews on Challenger 2 tanks.

 On January 14, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak officially confirmed in a telephone conversation with President Volodymyr Zelenskyі that he will provide Ukraine with Challenger 2 tanks, as well as additional artillery systems.
