The Russian Federation's war against Ukraine will continue until Russian dictator Vladimir Putin withdraws his troops from Ukrainian territories.

 This was stated by US President Joe Biden, quoted by Euractiv.

 "I don't think this conflict will be resolved until Russian President Vladimir Putin withdraws his forces from Ukraine," the American leader told reporters.

 It will be recalled that earlier, in an interview with RBC-Ukraine, US Assistant Secretary of State Karen Donfried stated that currently only Putin can make a decision to end this war.
