The organizer of the "pseudo-referendum" was detained in Luhansk region

Law enforcement officers detained a woman who participated in the organization and holding of the "referendum" in the Luhansk region.

 "In September 2022, a woman took part in the organization and holding of an illegal "referendum" in the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk region. She organized the "voting" outside the boundaries of the "polling area," the report says.

 

 According to the information of the investigators, she was engaged in a "referendum" in one of the villages of Svativ district, which is currently de-occupied by the Ukrainian military. The woman announced suspicions of having committed the following crimes:

 

 - encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine;

 

 - collaborative activity.

 

 The suspect was arrested and taken into custody. She faces up to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.
