Russian propaganda invented that a Ukrainian woman and her 12-year-old child were "guilty" of blowing up Daria Dugina's car. Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, stated this.

 "It is surprising that they did not find a "Right Sector" business card or an "Estonian visa" on the spot," the note says.

 Podoliak said that such statements indicate an intraspecies struggle within the Russian special services.
