Kyiv Region: Bodies of 1187 civilians killed by Russian occupants found

As of today, 1187 bodies of civilians killed by the Russian invaders were found in Kyiv region. This was announced by the head of the State Administration of Internal Affairs in the Kyiv region Andriy Nyebitov during the national telethon.

 

"As of today 1187 of our brothers and sisters, civilians who died at the hands of the Russian army," he said.

 

According to him, the work continues every day. "For example, already yesterday Borodyanka crossed the limit of 100 people - 110 dead bodies were found in Borodyantsi," he added.

 

The head of the Kyiv region police noted that only on September 28, 26 corpses of victims were found in Kyiv region.

 

According to Nyebitov, the leader in finding the bodies of the dead is the Buchanskiy district, where "more than 1080 bodies of the dead" were found, three times less - the Brovarskiy and Vishgorodskiy districts.

 

Another over 200 people remain missing.

 

The international human rights organization Human Rights Watch has collected evidence of war crimes in the city of Bucha, Kyiv region, where on June 2, corpses of people in civilian clothes, some of them with their hands tied behind their backs, were found after the withdrawal of Russian guards.

 

Anatoliy Fedoruk, mayor of Bucha, said that every third person killed in Kyiv region was from Bucha.
