The Russian military attempted to land a sabotage group on the shore in the Odesa region using speedboats.
This was reported by Vladislav Nazarov, an officer of the Pivden operational command.
According to him, the enemy received a decent repulse, the saboteurs were destroyed.
"The Russians continue to conduct reconnaissance of the coastline and the water area of the Black Sea with the help of aircraft, but they are actively countered by the Ukrainian air defense," he said.
As reported the day before, enemy ships were firing artillery towards Odesa, but the shells fell into the sea near the coast. In addition, Ukrainian air defense forces shot down an enemy missile.
