Solving the Problems of Donbas - Putin Reacted to the State Duma's Appeal to Recognize the "LDPR"

Russian President Vladimir Putin responded to the State Duma's appeal for recognition of the "LND". The Russian leader stated that he is ready to do everything necessary to solve the problems of Donbas.

"I will proceed from the fact that we must do everything to solve the problems of Donbass. First of all based on the unrealized possibilities of the Minsk agreements," the Russian president said at a press conference with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.

During the press conference, Scholz, responding to a question about the NATO troop deployment in Yugoslavia, said that it was done under the threat of genocide. After that, Putin said that what is happening today in Donbas is supposedly "genocide".

Recall that the State Duma of the Russian Federation on February 15 supported an appeal to Putin on the recognition of the "LDNR."

It should be noted that the decision of the Russian parliament was condemned in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, calling the possible recognition by Russia of the "LNRD" as a conscious withdrawal from the Minsk agreements.

Additionally, NATO, the USA and other European countries reacted to the Duma's appeal to Putin.
