Today new quarantine rules came into effect in Ukraine

Since December 6, restrictions become stricter for the unvaccinated - both in the "yellow" and "red" zones. This is reported by the Ministry of Health.

December 6, even in the yellow zone of epidemiological danger, you can visit public institutions only those who have received at least a dose of vaccine against coronavirus and have a document of vaccination. Employees of public establishments are also required to be vaccinated. In addition, it will be possible to use a negative test (valid for 72 hours), or a certificate of recovery from the coronavirus.

For the red quarantine zone, the restrictions have become even stronger - now only a certificate of complete vaccination, a negative PCR test or a certificate of convalescence will be valid there.

As for the yellow certificate, it was lowered from 120 days to 30.

"We are seeing the emergence of a trend where people, having received the first dose, have not applied in time for the second. This means that the person does not have effective protection against the disease and its consequences. As of December 6, all citizens who have this 30-day period from the date of the first vaccine dose will not be able to use the yellow COVID certificate," the Ministry of Health reported.
